Did you know, since 2008, the Archdiocese has quintupled the amount of tuition
assistance it has to distribute for families seeking to send their children to Catholic
Schools? This year over $5 MILLION in Tuition Assistance will be available to
families within the Archdiocese of Washington!
Our Schools serve as communities of faith and service fully developing each student
as a child of God through Cardinal Wuerl’s four pillars of Catholic Schools:
o Catholic Identity
o Academic Excellence
o Accessibility
o Affordability
For the 2013 – 2014 school year, the Archdiocesan Tuition Assistance Program is
now available for students in grades PreK-12 who are applying to or currently
enrolled in Catholic Schools within the Archdiocese of Washington (Washington, DC and, Calvert, Charles, St. Mary’s, Montgomery and Prince George’s counties in
Maryland).
Each family applying for tuition assistance from the Archdiocese of Washington is
required to complete a TADS Financial Aid & Assessment Application which can
be located online by logging onto WWW.ADW.ORG and clicking onto the Tuition Assistance page.
Families applying for Archdiocesan tuition assistance only need to complete one
form for all children, whether elementary school students or high school students,
even if seeking tuition aid for children in both schools.
The deadline to apply for tuition assistance for the 2013 – 2014 school year is
Friday, December 14, 2012.
